The Philosophy
Not all garlic is created equal.
For too long, one of the world’s most powerful and beneficial ingredients has been treated as a mere commodity. Tucked away in bottom drawers or forgotten in warehouse bins, grocery store garlic is often bred for shelf life and transport rather than character and soul.
At Clove Royale, we believe garlic deserves a royal stage. We have set out to reimagine this "super-ingredient" as it was meant to be: beautifully sourced, thoughtfully presented, and given the attention it has always deserved.
Our Origin: From Kitchen to Harvest
Clove Royale was born in the kitchen of a connoisseur. As a frequent cook, I began to notice how we celebrate the nuances of a fine single-origin olive oil, a flake of sea salt, or a vintage wine, while the garlic we use every day remains an afterthought.
The more I explored, the more I discovered the profound difference between the mass-produced and the artisanal.
Then I realized the garlic I had always known was only part of the story. Beyond the supermarket, I discovered different varieties chosen for flavor rather than shelf life and cultivated with patience and care. The difference was transformative.
I wanted more people to discover that garlic could be so much more than what they found at grocery store.
That's how Clove Royale began—to introduce more people to these remarkable varieties and give garlic the recognition it has always deserved.

Until now, these bulbs were nearly impossible to find in traditional stores.
